MukkaMaar just turned 7! We’re celebrating this big milestone of empowering girls and fighting gender-based violence with MukkaMela. In a world where gender-based violence remains a harsh reality, self-defense is more than just physical techniques; it’s about building the right skills to combat it and fostering a sense of agency. We believe that every girl has the right to feel safe and empowered and our self-defense programs are a vital step towards achieving that.

This June, we invite you to be part of MukkaMela! Every Saturday, starting June 14th, we’re opening the doors of our new Studio MM for a series of free, curated workshops. These workshops are open to all.
